Agreement Terms: 1. Grant of Rights: Participant grants WHeLDuN Global Studios the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use their likeness, image, voice, and/or property (if applicable) in connection with the production, distribution, and promotion of the specified project in all forms and media worldwide in perpetuity. 2. Royalties: Participant shall receive one percent (1%) of net streaming sales revenue (after taxes) generated by the project for the lifetime of the project. Payments will be made on an annual basis upon request, with appropriate financial accounting provided upon written demand. 3. No Further Compensation: Apart from the aforementioned royalties, Participant agrees that no further compensation shall be owed by the Producer, now or in the future, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. 4. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 5. Entire Agreement: This document contains the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
